Last Modified:  2015-09-22 16:55:40
To better equip our students with skills of legal research, with the support of CUPL library, CESL invited consultants from LexisNexis and Westlaw to give lectures on these two worldwide used databases. The lectures were held on September 16th, 2015, in Room 305, Mingfa Building, Changping Campus. New 2015 intakes of CESL passionately came to the room early in the morning, waiting to be trained in their first lecture courses of their new school. Students from other faculties also showed their interest by taking part in the lectures and discussions.

She then led the attendance to Lexis.com by showing them a full view of the page and introducing some basic legal resources as well as ways of approaching the content of the database.
