International symposium on the China-EU investment treaty on 19 February

The China-EU investment treaty is the focus of an international symposium taking place on Friday, 19 February 2016 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Long Room Hub at Trinity College Dublin. As the EU-China investment treaty is pending, negotiators, academics, and professionals expound the business impact in Europe and China as well as address common concerns.

The “China-EU investment treaty” symposium is co-organised by the China-EU School of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law and Trinity College Dublin. It is hosted by Prof. Louis Brennan, School of Business, Trinity College Dublin; Prof. Diarmuid Phelan, School of Law, Trinity College Dublin and Dr. Clemens Richter, China-EU School of Law, Beijing. This symposium is the fourth conference in the CESL International Symposium Series which aims at bringing together legal experts from China, Europe and other parts of the world.
